UP Health System -- Marquette along with the UP Heart and Vascular Center are now accepting qualified Cardiac Electrophysiologist candidates to join their rapidly expanding practice. Candidates may include MD or DO practicing physicians, recent graduates and near future graduates.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology 

Opportunity Details:

  • Medical group employed position
  • Expectations: (but not limited to) Advanced mapping, Atrial Appendage closure, Laser lead extraction, AF program including Cryo Ablation
  • Current Practice Structure: Cohesive group of CVT Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, Invasive Noninterventional Cardiologists, EPs, General Cardiologists and APPs. Additional complement of nursing, reception, HIM staff, Echo and Vascular Sonographers and advanced Techs
  • Schedule: 1:3 call. Office hours flexible and surgical block time available
  • Location: Practice is currently in the 2019 Medical Office Building attached to the NEWLY OPENED Hospital Main Campus
  • Equipment and Services: Four fully functioning Cath Labs, one dedicated solely to EP with a second for backup. Practice currently uses Greenway Intergy EMR and hospital is on Paragon (McKesson). Also available: Wound and Hyperbaric program, collaborative cardiology and IR environment, ID, Hospitalists and Intensivists. Hybrid OR in early stages of development for FY 2019 and will be added to the new hospital facility
